    ABOUT ME

  • Denver.
  • I am a Home brewer with an IT hobby. I am a native NY'er and a Mets fan. I moved to Colorado back in 1998 to semi retire from Big City Living. The fact that there is 300+ days of sunshine and a pretty kick ass music scene also helps. I have been extract brewing on and off since my college days. I have just about amassed all the equipment to make the leap to all grain brewing...Wish me luck!!!rnrnPS... Went with the More Beer 5/10 Split Chiller

  • Everything from Jam Bands, to funk, Jazz, Hip Hop, Blues. Well I digg it all except newer Heavy Metal
  • Any thing with De Niro, Walken, or Pachino
  • The Simpsons and LOST
  • My brother used to Brew and I got the bug back in college. I started and stopped for sever years but I am back in it for good now. I have done primarily extract and some partial mash brewing. I am making the leap into all grain brewing and I have amassed just about all the equipment I need. I just need to make a decision on what type of Wort Chiller to get.
