I have been having some flavor issues with my beer. Since i knew the beer was fermented at the
right temp and didnt taste wrong during kegging. I decided to do a thorough beer line cleaning.

I use my stove so the flames stays pretty much under the kettle. I was thinking of offsetting
it about 4in or so from the bottom.
