I have been having some flavor issues with my beer. Since i knew the beer was fermented at the
right temp and didnt taste wrong during kegging. I decided to do a thorough beer line cleaning.

I was thinking of making a big and a little Belgian beer using the Parti-Gyle technique but
wasnt sure of how i would do it with my BIAB setup?Any advice for this?I have an 11gal

I go to GTX/Praxair to wood-ridge. Not sure how much i paid but i never have a problem.

I use my stove so the flames stays pretty much under the kettle. I was thinking of offsetting
it about 4in or so from the bottom.

I fermented it around 69f. Wanted to get some nice banana flavor. Will be transferring it
tonight into a keg.
