  • I had a Weizen bock in a sampler pack and was horrified to find out it is only offered as single bottles in sampler packs. It is my short term life goal to perfect a clone of it.

    Started work on the collar for the perlicks. Stained, all but one side polyurethaned at the
    moment, tap mounts drilled. Later on will be a quick polyurethane job for the interior and
    assembly tomorrow...
