  • I am a college student at PSU in Mining Engineering. I enjoy both wine and beer making and just about consume any information I can get on the two. I brew with a few other guys and we just recently took the leap into all grain brewing, which I have to say is a blast.

    Thanks for the replies. I never thought of yeast strain through lack of oxygen. Perhaps it
