    I brew AG in my kitchen with an 8" burner and get 8 gallons from 140 boiling in about 20
    minutes. I also made a foil blanket for my kettle(remade about every 6 batches), which helps
    alot.

    I have 2 20 oz's used for carbing and dispensing. The tanks are working out very well and last
    longer than expected. When one runs out I just get it filled on the way home from work.

    Has anyone aged this recipe? I'm assuming you would just loose some hop flavor/bitterness. I
    have two kegs that will be about 3 months old when they are tapped(full pipeline)
