When I searched for the same thing, there were people split between sealing halting any aging,
and those saying it helped.I would imagine it adds more protection. And doesn't lack anything,

doesn't taste dry. And it does seem kinda fruity. I may rack it off the fruit its on now and

Hydrometer will tell you if there are sugars left or not. Sparkling you want to be as precise
as possible to avoid bottle bombs.

I don't really have anything planed per say. Depends on if the bee's decide to make honey or
