  • Been brewing for about six years now, started with a dorm room mead and have just tried all grain for the first time. Lets just say I'm learning.
  • State of the Union Blueberry Wheat. A family favorite for the summer.
  • Lambic Apple Cider. Trying something waaay different with this one, on the recommendation of my local HB shop owner.

  • First all grain Pale Ale. Didn't get great conversion, came out sort of watery and way too hoppy.
