OK Why? I get a 5 lb tank filled for $10 and it uses very little gas for each bucket. It pushes

I store my bulk grain close to the same way except I use 5 gal buckets and beer gas.That's a
waste of money.

Rain water will be more acidic than your tap or whatever other source of water you use. If
you're making a dark beer, you'll probably want to buffer it with something.
