  • I got started in homebrewing while a student in Boston. After leaving the US I stopped brewing for a while, then did a couple o all-grains, one drinkable, the other awful, and now I'm brewing again starting with extract and minimashes again.
    update:
    I'm doing all-grain now. I brew on a beautiful BrewMagic.

    I was doing some sanitizing today and noticed a smell out of the bottle of Star San. I have

    Go to District Chophouse Brewery, downtown. It's a good steak restaurant, with very good brews.
    DONT miss the bourbon stout!!!
