    So the airlock clogged, blew hop residue everywhere. Lost a gallon. Can I add a gallon of water
    in the secondary and still have good beer ? Plan on 3 weeks in the secondary.

    This may not count, but make sure you trim off the triangle extrusion nipple on the bottom.
    That's what clogged on my blow off and caused a hop spray explosion all over my living room
    furniture !
