  • I started extract brewing in 2007 and was immediately hooked on home brewing. Made the switch to all grain and got addicted to the art and the whole mad scientist mentality that goes with the hobby. I am an APA addict. Mostly brew SN and Guinness Stout clones

  • On a whim in 2007. I didn't know anyone who was doing it. I have talked a few friends into trying it and now they are hooked. I cut my teeth on extract and I am working at perfecting my all grain abilities.
  • Cream Ales! I really want to get into Lagers and I would like to brew a good sour, age it for at least a year in a cask. It would be nice to have something special to sip on while relaxing on the back porch!
