I'm in my third (and fourth) batch using this method and liking it!Two questions: how do you
guys draw samples? If I pull from the liquid out in a sanke or corny all I get is yeast and
trub. I assume ...Posted in thread: No-chill temp into keg? on 05-01-2012 at 03:50 PM
I used to nochill and primary in same keg and then transfer under pressure to next keg which
was for secondary and serving. I would cold crash and carbonate the 2nd keg after fermentation
was complete...Posted in thread: No-chill temp into keg? on 05-01-2012 at 02:40 PM

I've been kegging all of my batches for the last few years and haven't experienced any
indication of infection. Lately I've been brewing 6 gallon batches and bottling what doesn't
fit in the keg to ag...Posted in thread: Popped Air Lock - Any Recovery? on 11-30-2011 at 08:52 PM
Any good suggestions for cleaning/sanatizing large diameter tubes as in picture four?Posted in thread: (Un)related problems? on 11-16-2011 at 02:02 PM
That's a LOT of crystal, and not much bittering. That is why the beer tastes sweet. That did not
occur to me, I'm pretty new at recipe formulation, so I appreciate you bringing it up.Regarding
aeration...Posted in thread: (Un)related problems? on 11-15-2011 at 10:31 PM
Mash temp could be a factor, I was shooting for 154, my usual temp.
