    For me from absolute start up to last piece cleaned 6 hours. 60 min mash, then ramp to mash out
    at 167 held for 10 mins, 90 min boil.

    I use a small pond pump submerged in a cooler full of ice water. Recirculate water back into
    the cooler. with the CFC I didn't have to add any more ice during the chill.
