  • I got introduced to brewing by one of my friends. I did my first batch on December 29th 2011, an IPA that looked "simple enough" to do on my own. I'm planning on doing a batch per month or 2. For now, I'm going to stick to bottling since I don't have a fridge to store my keg. One of my goals has a home brewer is to make a beer my wife will like to drink (she doesn't like beer in general, though a couple of fruity wheat beers charmed her a little)

The door panel super easy. Just be careful not to tear the rubber door seal and you'll be fine.
My only issue with the door was the clear acrylic sheet I used. it's really brittle, so make

HiHow much cooling do you need to do? Are you 10F to hot or 50F?BobRoughly about 5-10F off, so
I'm assuming that peltier powered should be sufficient, but I have seen a lot of setup that
    aren't comple...

I was wondering if you managed to resolve your issue with keeping the temperature low.
Apparently my `cold-room` is not as cold in the summer and I need to make myself something
    similar in order to ke...

Thanks for the tip :)Now, I need to figure out a valid reason to head out to Joliette other
than beer... My wife would probably not agree if it's "just" beer
