Not the reply I was hoping for.. Could it really be that bad? I had no idea using a yeast out
of style could produce such an awful beer.

I racked this off the yeast cake a week ago. I tried to save the yeast but there was so much
twin it was.impossible, I lost a half gallon of beer with it as well. however the beer tastes
much much bet...

I've used wyeast oktoberfest to brew an oktoberfest and a Bock. I'm wanting to reuse it again,
