are you sure about the 6g? Thats incredibly low. I go by the rule 1g per 10ml so id do 150g DME

Remember that fermentation creates heat and 68 ambient is probably closer to 73 beer temp I
would set the temp a little cooler next time if you are going to use ambient temps.
