  I also went with the walmart/target wire shelf. However, I went with two of the smaller three
  shelf racks. I use one of the shelves to store stuff and also use it to hold equipment while
  brewing.

  Monks Cafe Flemmish Red is really good.I'll second this; and if you happen to find yourself in
  Philadelphia one day stop in Monk's Cafe, in addition to the beer selection try the fries.

  Haven't tried them, but you may want to check out the good folks over a taphandles.com. The
  handles are a bit cheaper there and great customer service.

  I just picked up a stack of sheets from LabelsByTheSheet. Haven't tried them yet, but they look
