  • Homebrewing is just something I always wanted to try. I have a Masters degree in Biological Sciences, so the brewing of beer appeals to the scientist in me. I am also fascinated with the history, lore, sociological, and ethnobotanical aspects of the art. This is one of the coolest and most fun things I have ever done. Not to mention, my popularity in the neighborhood seems to have increased since I began brewing.
