Well, the first batch has only two bottles left. I just bottled my second batch, a steeping
grains extract stout, which thanks to the lessons learned in the first batch went much better.

Batch is bottled, excited for the end product. I might put one in the fridge in a week to see
how things taste, but I'm planning at least 2-3 weeks of conditioning with these bad boys.

My girlfriend cant stand beer, or wine, or straight alcohol. Just mixed drinks with more sugar
then a bakery. It makes me a bit sad, and hurts my wallet when we go out, but I cant change

I go to school in Oswego, I might be able to make it on Saturday. Will you be there at any

I'm really interested in moving away from kits and working on my own. My first brew is in the
Primary right now, and as long as it comes out alright, I will want my batch to be a bit more
