- 4 years ago i got hired at a local restaurant and brewery, i had been into micro brew and craft beers since i was in high school and begged to work in the brewery,finally they let me in workin a lil sanitation, after a few months of that i started homebrewing. recently got hired at another brewery in upland called dale brothers in upland as a brewery assistant. 3 weeks later i got a promotion full time as assistant brewer, and now im makin 30 barrels of beer at a time and getting paid for it, its a dream come true so far and i cant wait to see what the future has coming for me as a result of this opportunity.
- IM really just focusing on working out the kinks in my ipa and my kiwi strawberry wheat ale, just getting the formulas right. Nothing in the mix right now, id like to come up with a nice winter ale that isn't a spice beer, thinking along the lines of one my favorite cant during the season, peppermint bark. Double Chocolate stout aged with peppermint??? hmmm....
- California Common for summer, thinking i may called it "Summer Steam"
- An English IPA That im aging with bourbon barrel chunks soaked in makers mark, gonna be ready Just in time for the 4th of July.

Wow 4inches in 30 minutes, i gotta try that when this batch is done. Did you have to do
anything special as far as sanitation or just dump it in there? Im sure if you cap it right
