    Soo the final product turned our better than expected. It was a lil hazy.. but what do you
    expect in 13 days. I added gelatin but in 40 hours didn't do much.. O well a success. Thanks

    Won't hurt anything, I believe it is just more effective at colder temps. Just be aware that it
    will take a good 24 hrs to chill, so 2 days of cold crash is really only one. I would get it

    Yes everything was scaled from original recipe. I also made a party-gyle with the extra sugars.
    Turned into a 3.5% with a bit of dme.

    Just finished a 10.6% version of this beer. I used gelana, citra and amarillo. Dry hopped with
