  • Started with "The Beer Machine" which is suprisingly fast to brew, and has good quality beer as a result. Then moved onto 5-gallon batches with extract, now doing All-Grain.

    Finally pulled the trigger on a new kettle. Looking forward to a new Spike kettle! The "old"
    one has served me well, though I'll keep it around for something.

    If you want a cream ale that fits BJCP style guidelines a bit better, I would remove the Vienna
    and Cara-pils.Depending on the efficiency of your system, use about 70% 2-row and 30% flaked
    corn. + or-...
