  • Started with "The Beer Machine" which is suprisingly fast to brew, and has good quality beer as a result. Then moved onto 5-gallon batches with extract, now doing All-Grain.

    So, I left it in there for about 12 days. SG is down to 1.020. Starting to raise the temp now

    Any advice for mailing cold beer? I've bottled a couple from keg and thus it's chilling in the
    fridge to maintain that temperature. Any issues allowing it to warm up in transit? Afraid of
