We went to the American Homebrewers Association Rally at Community Beer Co. in Dallas, TX this
past weekend. We sat down and talked with some local homebrewers, went on a VIP tour of
    Community's 4 ves...

Howdy! I have a homebrewing blog that I started up last year detailing what my wife and I brew
as a homebrewing team as well as anything happening in the DFW brew scene that has us excited.

Somehow, I managed to strip the poly cord from the ratchet pulley last weekend. Is there an
easy way to get it back in there correctly? I was in the middle of a brew session with 35+ lbs
    of hot wet gr...

I forgot to post my other paddle I made. I didn't oil or coat this one at all, and I've used it
in my last 3 or so batches without issue. It's poplar, cut the shape with a jigsaw, cut the
    holes with v...

  • Posted in thread: Brewery names--what's your story? on 10-20-2014 at 09:39 PM
I mentioned the story behind New Main Brewing as our name several pages ago, but we recently
came up with our logo thanks to one of our graphic design friends.

Check out our blog for our take on homebrewing and the DFW Craft Beer scene!
