  • I have a whopping 5-6 years of 3-4 brew/year under my belt. This past year+ I have increased that to about one a month and lately one every other week. My experience feels fractional still. But my desire to learn more and expand and simplify my brew process is there. Just recently purchased a kegerator and some kegs. Have my first 2 batches in the fermentor awaiting kegging.

    An Irish Red and Bell's Amber Ale blend from the kegerator. Dry's out the Amber a little. The
