  • Introduced to an "all in one can" beer kit in '97. Did a couple extract brews after that, but too many other things kept me from getting serious - like kids and work! Then in 2005, I set up a space in my garage for my brewing equipment and finished several partial grain brews. Really started getting into BIG beers and have just finished my 3rd AG run - a Double IPA. Currently brewing on one level and hand transferring. Have built a frame to hold 2-15 gal boiling kettles, 10 gal MLT and 15 gal HLT - won't add all the bells ,etc - just making it easier to brew

    You could either go back to your previous chiller and use your CF on your next batch, or your
    could strain out the fruit after the boil, CF chill and then add the fruit back into your
    fermenter - just...

    avtivity, so just left it sit - dark room at constant temp of 55'F until now. There are several

    Yes - the cells are similar to your picture - but they definately are not CO2. Will taste and
    bottle this afternoon - I'll post the results.

    I did adjust the regulator this morning - upped it to 15 psi from 13. Funny thing though - the
    tank pressure went from around 700 to 500 overnight (just touching the high side "buy more gas"
    red zone)...
