    The beer turned out fantastic. The only thing that I would change is lessen the amount of maple
    syrup. I would probably go 1oz or maybe .75 oz. There was a wine-like characteristic to it -

Sadly, my one bine from last year died this year from flood. I bet you get good growth next year. I have a friend growing inside a large greenhouse, can't wait to hear about his grow.

Hey dude, whenever you have some time get a hold of me, I'd love to set up a brew session, I finally caved and bought a mill and bulk grains. It's getting a bit crazy.
