- Working in the winery industry, I have a love for the amazing process of fermentation. The winemakers I have worked with love talking about their home brews and they sparked my interest. I love working on infrastructure...working on converting a "power tower" pull-up bar exercise equipment to a gravity system. Photos to come. American Pale Ales - extract and all grain for first brews. First tastes side-by-side, August 10, 2012. Good times.
- Sweet Potato Ale (for the holidays); Blackberry Baltic Porter, Fruit Lambic someday when I have more patience. Something that requires a decoction...sounds like a challenge. An old world (Bohemian) Pilsener style once I can control my temperatures better and have a frig for the fermentation.

Actually found your app when searching around for cool brewing apps on my iPhone.Posted in thread: would you spend $1050 on 09-01-2012 at 12:35 AM
Yep. Just getting started with a gravity system with all the little bits and pieces (ie. volume
for volume) will cost about the same. I'm just saying.:mug:Posted in thread: Kegconnection Giveaway! on 08-17-2012 at 08:58 PM
I'm currently keg free...sign me up!
Cheers!
