just picked up my ingredients today, no Briess Bavarian Wheat DME, so I just got the Muntons
Wheat DME, 6# of it. I also switched to 3056 Bavarian Wheat Blend, can't wait to brew :ban:

anywhere from 11 to 14 cdn, all of our booze is pretty expensive even compared to other
provinces, lots of taxes.BMC is roughly the same price, unless on sale.

One of the things I love about Alberta, privatized liquor laws. Microbrewers can deliver beer
directly to the retailer without a middleman controlling the flow. It's sad that craft brewing

Newcastle is a pretty good English Mild. they are generally low ABV beers, easy drinking and a
nice toasty caramel flavour to them with very mild hops profile
