  • Today is my first batch ever 3/29/2012, A (groupon) kit from Midwest Supplies with a Irish Red Ale ingredients included. Took about 3 1/2 hrs start to finnish, sample tasted ok at best. Bottled 4/28/12, 4/13/2012 Brewed a Cream Stout kit with alterations today, it was a great day! the taste right after cooling it was fantastic !!!, 4/20/12 My 3rd brewing session today, Amber/Wheat Recipe from this forum, sample tasted great. Bottled 5/4/12, 5/5/12 Honey Wheat ale using herbs and no hops. The sample is Absolutely Great! (best tasting so far) and the smell and taste of the herbs is amassing. Now Im doing AG SMASH brews.rn3-21-14 Have been doing AG with a mash-tun for a long time now, can't keep up changing and updating this.
