US-05 dry yeast works on many styles, I make mostly 3 gal. batches and pitch one pack per 3

Yea, I just kind of lucked out with it. It wasn't using it at all and thought why am I not

I use a thee piece are lock, and it just fits. I think its a 4.5 cubic ft. Its a Kenmore

I usually do the set and forget method, but when I force carbonate I purge and reset to 12 psi.
to serve. works everytime.
