- I jumped headfirst into AG brewing with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone. Since then I've brewed a Hefeweizen, Oktoberfest and and currently obsessed with IPA and IIPA's. Definitely hooked and can see myself in this hobby for years to come.

You're beer is still too young to make any type of determination of what the final flavor is
going to be. Leave it in that bucket for another three weeks and let the yeast do their thing.

Bacteria can't crawl up the side of your bucket and jump into your wort. AS long as it was

I did a quick Google search on '2 row' and the first three results referenced 2 row pale. Not
one reference to 2 row pilsner...
