A few I did and a few I didn't. Even the chilled ones went over some. (I didn't know that would
matter though- I've been making wine for a few years and I am just starting on cider)

My cider is so bubbly that every time open one it foams over. Did I do anything wrong? It also
seems to lose it's fizz fast once it is poured.

I added yeast to my cider yesterday and it does not appear to be fermenting., The cider jug
