Just put up 3 gallons. 2,227 gallons!Someone should just go ahead and fill their swimming pool
with apple juice, chuck in a few bricks of dry yeast, and see what happens.

You also have to remember that virtually everything in the brewery came from the local area,

I'd agree with these guys and say that you're looking at a starter pretty much no matter what,
so you might as well help your yeasties out and make it now, give them a healthier longer-term
