Bottling is a right of passage. Your first few batches should be bottled IMO. Some people don't
mind it. I'm not one of those people.

Here is a real nice 2 tier stand. not any less floor space than a single tier but you can fly

Why do you need a valve? Just take off the gas in connector and push the poppet.For me its just
a couple more steps I don't mind spending a few bucks to avoid. A pull ring makes it really

Yes you can buy a whole new lid or just the release valve. Keg Connection has them both, as
well as other vendors.
