  • Got into brewing about a year ago, finally got around to getting a kit. Currently set up for 5 gal batches, am building 3 tier system that will handle 10+ gal sessions. Started out with C Papazian , TCJOHB, and twisted tweaked evolved from therern. 3 tier all set up,brew outdoors for lack of space in house. Culture yeast in house .

    Caution with these bottles , Ive had one that popped . So I would recommend them for still mead
    only. After the one popped I released some pressure from the others.
