  • Brewing since 1972. Working on a new brew sculpture with automated control. I want to make it easier and less hands on. I also want to do less lifting.

    I use digital temperature sensors. I do not let glass near my beer either. I ferment in Sanky
    kegs now. It is much better for safety.

    This indicates that you pay too much attention to your airlock. It does not matter.
