    An 8 pin header for rj45 would be enough. really you only need 4 pins but you could use

    The header for the encoder shouldn't be too hard to add. just slide over next to pin 7 8 9 And
    add a 4 pin header. and the pfet shouldn't be that hard to solder just buy some solder paste
    and stick it...
