Is the Caramalt on page 1 referring to dextrin malt (like carapils) or something like Carastan,
which is a light crystal malt ?

I've got 6 jars of conan frozen from a scale up of a heady can. Just waiting on my bru-gear
conical to be delivered .. Won't freezing kill the yeast?

    row1#C60.5# carapils1...

Lactobacillus brevis will produce both ethanol as well as lactic acid. Since L. brevis is
heterofermentative , could it be used for primary fermentation to produce a Berliner Weisse
    style beer?

I have a beer that finished too sweet. It's carbonated and cold, can I just let it warm up,
release c02, then pitch some brett ?

If my beer didn't place in the top 3... does it still have a chance of moving on to the finals?
I haven't gotten my score sheet for San Diego yet. Thanks for the input.
