  • First Batch will be an American Cream Ale Extract Kit from Learntobrew.com, Second Brew will be a Belgian Dubbel provided the first goes well. Both have been brewed, first was very tastey, second is fermenting.

    There's no downside to letting it sit for a few more days...except everything in the schedule
    will be pushed back a few days and it'll be 5 days longer than expected until you get to drink
