  • I have a neighbor who had been brewing for about 7 years, with a friend that had been brewing for 20 Plus. I happened to stop by one day when I first moved in to my home and there were making some Feather Light Ale. I loved the Smell and stayed to talk a bit. I was hooked I have been brewing with my neighbor every since. He has a 3 kettle setup made out of old Sanke KEGS. Really Cool! I have been adding little improvements the system as we go. I can do a little metal work and I got some electrical know how, along with PC back ground and ProMash we have been knocking out 20 Gallon batches at a time. I love it.
