I have a 120v 5 gallon BrewEasy. I use Beer Smith to calculate my strike water temperature
based on the stainless MT and loss of temp due to the grain, usually 168F.Blichmann recommends
    letting the ma...

I recently upgraded from eBIAB to a BrewEasy but with my own controller. I calibrated both
Blichmann thermometers to a floating thermometer. On the first batch I noticed my RTD probe was
    5 degrees low...

Another suggestion for a PID controller:110v Recirculating eBIAB 2.5 gallon batches compact

If it doesn't protrude into the kettle I would be worried readings aren't accurate since liquid
in the site glass just hangs out with no circulation. I used a 4" probe in the same setup and
    it protrud...

    You could use one of
    these.https://webobjects2.cdw.com/is/image/CDW/1285097?$product-main$&v1That's what I did to
convert my eBIAB to a 2000w BrewEasy.

Yea I made all the math adjustments when I entered it in BruNwater. It's municipal water so
I'll definitely pick up som Campden tablets.

Making an attempt to get up to speed on this water thing. Got my water report back (below) and
it looks like pretty soft water to me?Is there any reason I would have to dilute this?I could
    not tell if...
