I'm confused as to how this is going to work out exactly. At CHI Company, you can get 2
2-circuit cold plates (8x12") for about $75 each, but they don't come with fittings. Stainless

I'd say yes - you can decoct anything. I've also done the quick draw-boil-return for the point
of grabbing a few extra degrees.For bocks, it's a style thing, and a good judge like my buddy
can pick up...
