Joe???? Who's Joe?Sounds like you are doing fly sparges and a 30 to 60 min sparge would
indicate the program is defaulted to assume you are fly sparging. I batch sparge......is there

Oh btw, u can change the sparge steps in the program. Go to "more" and click "mash steps". You
should be able to add a mash step you want or edit one already made in the database.
