    Yeah.. we have a mini oak barrel that I've modded to hold bags of wine out of the box, and
    that's what I was trying to aim for with his, except be able to fill it on my own and not worry

    Just finished bottling the beer and it tastes awesome.. SG was right at 1.012 and the target
    range from the kit was 1.012-1.017. Can't wait for it to carb up in a few weeks.. RDWHAHB goes

    I agree to the above it took about two months to get my IPA fully carbed
