So after only 9 days of my newest Double IPA in primary I racked to secondary to dry hop and
take a hydrometer reading, but to my surprise my beer is already fairly carbonated... almost

Fixed my own problem! Purged a little bit of c02 out of the keg and reset serving pressure to
about 7.5psi! Perfectly carbed beer with great head!

So I force carbed my stout at 30psi then dropped to about 10psi serving pressure but its still
