I'm a fairly new brewer (on batch 7) from Kokomo, Indiana and was wondering if there was anyone
in the area who brewed as well. I feel as if I'm the only homebrewer around. I would like to
    try and pla...

All I ever do for clear beer is set my carboy (usually secondary after dry hop) in my kegerator
with the temp somewhere around 38-40 degrees for about 24 hours then rack to corny and I have

"The Stalin McCarthy Party" "Crimson Abomination" or even a messed up one, Andrew Jackson's

Yes I second that! Welcome to the obsession. Don't worry so much about labels and names, just
keep it all about the beer. Names come later after you've had a few. :) 🍺

Fixed my own problem! Purged a little bit of c02 out of the keg and reset serving pressure to
about 7.5psi! Perfectly carbed beer with great head!

So I force carbed my stout at 30psi then dropped to about 10psi serving pressure but its still
all foam... Everything is clean and it isn't over carbonated. I have about 3.5ft of line and
    its set at a...
