  I corked the straight Honey and Black Berry mead. not knowing what to expect the straight mead
  is bland, very little tast and on the dry side. the Black Berry is better but still a little
  bland.

  2 weeks after racking the mead has pretty much stopped bubbling. It bubbled a lot after racking
