I actually studied this case in college. She won the law suit because McDonalds found they
could use less coffee with hotter water. Profit was more important to them than public safety.

I know nothing about electronics, but it seems you could use a pressure sensor, thermometer,
and an LCD screen of some kind. Essentially make something like the Sparkfun tweeting kegerator
