    From what have heard, If you are going to use the vanilla extract, you can add it in the
    secondary. Take a sample of your beer and add the extract in measured amounts until you hit

    ahh.. you guys got my hopes up.. Apparently, it is a regional thing. In the Kansas City area,
    they have been selling the Rubbermaids for about three years now. They don't even carry 10 gal
    versions.
