Running 10x lines of 120v ac didnt seem like a good idea and seemed like over kill. I figured
it would be easier and safer to go with 12v DC. The coils come off so I guess we could replace

Yeah, that's my first thought, but I'm wondering how hard it'd be to make metal ID bands for
them or something, like a hammer on crimp or something. something like a belt.

Sounds good but I would use 2 oz of Amarillo for dry hop to give it that good kick in the

I've got a RC-14 Bayou cooker... i think most of these have a 10psi regulator, for 55k BTU/h.
Can i replace that safely with a 20psi regulator? (which would more than triple the BTU/h)
