I'm making another 5 galons of cider and going for gold, i'm not patient enough to do this one
gal at a time.. all 5 gal it is!! i'm going to try this out and see what happens

This turned out pretty darn good.. i had to add 2 1/2 cups more sugar tho to make up for the
lack of sugar in tea. Bottled it yesterday

Made my first batch yesterday.. hopefully it turns out ok. Here's what i didboiled 46 lipton
tea bags in 3 gal of water for 35 minsadded 2 TBLS of honey1/2 cup of brown sugar2 lbs of corn

Thanks for the advise, i'm gonna let the Afelwine dry out then move to secondary and add some
spices to be safe... this is my first batch of Afelwine and would rather play it safe!
